ashevilleMARKETER launches new initiative to help
nonprofits deepen their community impact.
August 15, 2019, Asheville, NC – This August, local marketing agency ashevilleMARKETER rolls out its Community Change Maker program. The core of this new program is the firm’s new quarterly Change Maker Award: a month's worth of free, in-depth marketing services for one local 501(c)3 nonprofit.
The winning nonprofit will be able to select one of two options for the award, the Email List Growth Package or the Content Marketing Kickstart Package. The Email List Growth package is designed for organizations who want to develop a new email list or entice new leads to an existing one. The Content Marketing Kickstart package is great for clients who want help driving people to their nonprofits with valuable, relevant content.
The award will go to the nonprofit that most compellingly answers this question: How will a month of free digital marketing services further your organization's mission?
“As we begin to tailor our work for nonprofits, we don’t want it to be surface level. We want to make a lasting difference for the organizations we work with,” says Operations Manager Stephen Gifford-Bell. “Whether it’s to recruit more volunteers, convert more donors, or put their service(s) in front of more community members, we want to help local nonprofits extend their reach and build trusted relationships with their audience.”
To further support vital community work, ashevilleMARKETER will now offer an ongoing 20% discount to all local nonprofits and an additional discount to organizations who apply for the Change Maker award.
On his motivation for creating the award, Marketing Director Jacob Ratliff says, “We believe that our community is only as good as the way that we treat the most marginalized of society, which is why we're committed to supporting organizations that help all of Asheville flourish.” Stephen adds, “Buncombe County nonprofits helped me out immensely when I was struggling financially and help me feel deeply connected to the local community, so I am thrilled to be able to give back through our new program! By helping a local nonprofit start a new marketing system or invigorate the system they have, we could have a meaningful impact on the support structures that hold up the vision of Asheville we’re proud to see.”
The deadline to apply for the Change Maker Award is September 15 at midnight. Visit https://ashevillemarketer.com/nonprofit for more information and to apply.
